Acquisitions & repositioning

We target well-located assets in existing medical corridors, on-campus opportunities and properties located in the path of growth, investing the time and money necessary to create world-class outpatient medical facilities.

  • The current state of the capital markets has created dislocation, presenting an opportunity to acquire well-located buildings at a discount, resulting in lower rent expense and shortened project durations for our provider partners and tenants

  • We also acquire provider owned and underutilized assets

Healthcare leasing

We have a unique perspective in the market as a real estate developer and have established strong relationships with both healthcare systems and their representative brokers.

  • We selectively partner with institutional outpatient medical facility owners to provide third-party leasing services for multi-tenant assets as well as single-tenant renewals and early lease restructures

  • CHP’s principals have managed the leasing of nearly 700,000 square feet of healthcare real estate
